Both onsite and virtual positions are available, offering flexibility and the opportunity to support students' communication and academic success in various learning environments. Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered, including:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program

Active Pennsylvania state SLP license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered depending on district needs
-
PDE (Pennsylvania Department of Education) Certification
-
Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred

For virtual roles: candidates must have access to reliable internet, a quiet work environment, and be comfortable with remote therapy platforms

Ability to pass required background checks and clearances per state and district guidelines
Typical Responsibilities Include:

Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments

Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Providing direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Monitoring student progress and maintaining documentation

Participating in IEP meetings and professional development activities
