Qualifications & Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be eligible for consideration, including:

Valid New Hampshire Department of Education License as a School Psychologist

Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field

National Certification as a School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred but not required

Completion of a state-approved School Psychology preparation program

Compliance with New Hampshire background check requirements, including:
-
Criminal History Record Check
-
Fingerprinting as required by the NH Department of Education
Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional assessments
Develop and support implementation of behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 Plan development and meetings
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
