Contract Period: Extended School Year (ESY) & 20252026 School Year

Opportunities are available for both the Extended School Year (ESY) and the upcoming 20252026 school year. Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Pennsylvania state and local requirements, including:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license issued by the State Board of Occupational Therapy Education and Licensure

Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
-
Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) clearance to work in school settings
-
Current background check, FBI fingerprint clearance, and child abuse clearance as required by Pennsylvania law
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Typical Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments to evaluate students' fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills

Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
-
Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
-
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and evaluations
-
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary team planning
