Blazer Jobs is currently conducting interviews for a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join school districts in the Mason, Michigan area for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This role begins in August 2025 and runs through June 5, 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance. We are primarily seeking full-time candidates but are open to part-time availability.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local certification requirements to be considered for this position, including:

A Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program

Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification issued by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE)
-
Current or eligible Michigan Teaching Certificate with School Psychologist (NT) Endorsement, or full MDE School Psychologist credential
-
Completed practicum/internship in a school setting as part of the graduate program

Strong understanding of IEPs, psychological evaluations, behavioral assessments, and MTSS/RTI frameworks
Key Responsibilities May Include:

Conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
-
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Supporting behavioral intervention plans and crisis intervention
-
Collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to support student learning and well-being
-
Providing counseling services to students as needed
-
Supporting the districts MTSS and RTI initiatives
