Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time remote opportunity supporting school districts in the Waite Park, MN area. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a direct impact on students' communication development and academic success.
Position Overview:
As a Remote School-Based Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and fluency disorders. You will deliver high-quality teletherapy services and collaborate with school staff and families to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments to determine students speech and language needs.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student.

Provide teletherapy sessions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance reporting.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams to align therapy goals with academic objectives.

Offer consultation and training to teachers and families to support carryover of skills.

Utilize technology platforms effectively to ensure interactive and engaging remote sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following Minnesota state and local requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health.

Must also hold (or be eligible for) a Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) license for school-based services.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required.

Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery tools.

Prior experience in school settings or working with children/adolescents preferred.

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
