Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time position with partner school districts in the Linwood, KS area. Position Requirements:

Valid Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS)

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates will also be considered
-
Authorization to work in the United States
-
Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by Kansas state regulations
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in school-based settings
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student success

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on communication strategies
