Position Details:
Qualifications Applicants Must Meet the Following Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program

Valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the South Carolina Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
-
South Carolina Department of Education Certification as a Speech-Language Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) may also be considered

Completion of required background checks and clearances per state and district guidelines
Typical Responsibilities Include:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide evidence-based direct therapy services to students

Maintain accurate records and progress reports

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
