About the Role
We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a passionate school-based team in Destin, Florida. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K12 student population, delivering high-quality services that support communication development and academic achievement. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in individual and group settings

Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress

Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with district and state guidelines
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Florida SLP License
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (required)

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Previous school-based experience (preferred)
