Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a part-time role supporting school districts in the Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania area. Position Overview:
The part-time SLP will assess and support students with speech, language, and communication needs, working closely with educators and families to help students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.

Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.

Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings and team discussions.

Apply evidence-based practices to deliver effective interventions.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following Pennsylvania state and local requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Current Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology.

Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification for school-based SLPs.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued.

Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
