We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services to K-12 students in a school-based setting in Stockton, CA. This position focuses on helping students develop and improve mobility and motor function to enhance their academic participation and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to support student mobility and motor development.

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.

Monitor and document student progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Participate in IEP meetings to develop and implement student goals.

Educate school personnel and families on adaptive equipment and mobility support.
Requirements:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Active California Physical Therapy license.

Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
