Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
We are seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Irvine, CA, working with a K-12 caseload. In this role, you will provide essential services to students with various needs, working to improve their ability to perform daily tasks and engage in school activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students occupational therapy goals.

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure that students are receiving the necessary support.

Adapt materials and classroom environments to improve student participation in educational settings.

Document and track student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Attend IEP meetings and provide input regarding student goals and progress.
Requirements:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

Active California Occupational Therapist License.

Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
