Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and social-emotional support services to students

Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and community agencies

Implement intervention strategies and crisis support as needed
Qualifications:

Michigan School Social Work Approval required

Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Experience in a school setting preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
