Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following Tennessee state and district requirements:

Valid Tennessee School Services Personnel License with an endorsement in School Psychology (489)

Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program
-
Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations related to special education
-
Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing evaluation reports
-
Successful completion of all background checks and district onboarding procedures
-
Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
-
Interpret assessment data and prepare clear, actionable reports
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development

Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
-
Recommend interventions to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
-
Support school-wide initiatives related to mental health and student well-being
