Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local qualifications to be considered, including:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Current and valid Michigan SLP License issued by the Michigan Board of Speech-Language Pathology
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred (CFY candidates may be considered)
-
Completion of a criminal background check and fingerprinting as required by the school district
-
Prior experience working with school-aged children is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy services

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
-
Document and report student progress in accordance with IEP goals and district policies
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations
-
Provide direct and consultative services across various school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
