Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of our trusted school district partners in Alvin, TX for the 20252026 academic year. This is a full-time, school-based contract position with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.
Starting Pay Rate:
Starting at $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students

Provide direct therapy services

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain proper documentation

Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
