Caseload: 3 elementary schools

Schedule: Hybrid 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver occupational therapy services both in person and virtually

Support student development in fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
-
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
Qualifications:
-
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Ability to manage hybrid service delivery with professionalism and flexibility

Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
