Description:
Schools in the St. Augustine/ Jacksonville area are seeking full-time, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech-language services to a diverse K12 student population. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy sessions, IEP development, and close collaboration with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement effective treatment plans and IEPs

Provide direct and consultative services to students

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district documentation standards
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
-
Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license
-
Must pass a Level 2 background screening as required by the Florida Department of Education

Florida Educator Certification (not required, but preferred for school-based practice)

Prior school-based experience preferred
