Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the Lawrence, MA area. This role is for the upcoming 20252026 school year, with contract dates running from August 18, 2025, through June 17, 2026. We welcome applications from both CCC-certified and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates.

Responsibilities Include:

Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to student needs
-
Providing direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
-
Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services
-
Participating in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
Requirements:
-
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)

Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) endorsement in Speech, Language and Hearing Disorders

Recent school-based experience preferred but not required
