BlazerJobs is partnering with a supportive school district in Bastrop, TX to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a hybrid position offering both on-site and virtual flexibility while working with students across three elementary schools.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time 37.5 hours/week

Caseload: 3 elementary schools

Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days virtual)
Responsibilities:

Evaluate students motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver occupational therapy services in both in-person and virtual settings

Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers

Support students participation in school activities through skill development

Maintain documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
Qualifications:
-
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active Texas OT license
-
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
-
Comfortable with hybrid service delivery model

Strong communication and organizational skills
