We are partnering withschools in Framingham, MAto find full-time Behavioral Aide / Behavioral Therapistsfor the current school year. We are looking for a hard-working candidate interested inhelping K - 12th grade Special Needsstudents.
About the Position:
- Full-time, up to 40 hours a week
- Current School Year: ASAP - June 2025
- Pay Range: $15 - $25per hour, depending on previous experience
- Caseload: Elementary, 1:1, Details will be discussed during the interview process
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, learning challenges, or English language learners.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans, instructional activities, and behavior management strategies.
- Support positive behavior and social-emotional development by implementing behavior management techniques and strategies under the guidance of teachers and behavioral specialists.
About You:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Paraprofessional Certificate preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Must be comfortable with changing and assisting with toileting
- Must be willing to complete Pennsylvania credentialing tasks, including: a background check, fingerprinting, TB test, physical, etc.
