Were seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Carmichael, CA for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role serving a K12 caseload, with competitive pay starting at $65/hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active California SLP license (or eligibility)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFYs considered

School-based experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
