Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to determine students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and interventions
-
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school environments
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Required Qualifications:
-
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
-
Active Texas Occupational Therapy license issued by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners
-
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification
-
Valid Texas educator certification (if required for school-based roles in the district)
-
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
