Blazer Jobs is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Vernon Hills, IL. This role will provide individualized OT services and support student access to education.
Job Duties:

Perform evaluations and functional assessments

Deliver therapy sessions tailored to IEP goals

Recommend equipment, tools, and modifications for classroom use

Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences

Monitor progress and maintain required service records
Requirements:

Illinois OT license and PEL or eligibility

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Understanding of IEP development and compliance
