Typical Job Duties:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students speech and language abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.

Provide direct therapy services and consultation to students and staff.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success.

Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
Education and Licensure Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid Florida state license or eligibility to obtain before start date.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Knowledge of IDEA and ADA requirements for school-based services.
