Typical Job Duties:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.

Develop individualized therapy plans and provide direct services.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to support students needs.

Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Attend IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning.

Provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications as needed.
Education and Licensure Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid California state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Knowledge of IDEA, ADA, and related regulations for school-based services.
