- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Virginia OT license
- Familiarity with school-based OT practices and IEP development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Typical responsibilities include:
- Performing evaluations and developing treatment plans based on student needs
- Delivering direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Supporting fine motor, sensory, and self-help skill development
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with school teams
- Maintaining service documentation and progress monitoring
Pay: $50/hour depending on experience
