Schedule: Full-time, standard school hours

Start Date: Upcoming school year

Renewal: Renewal for next school year based on performance

Setting: School-based (elementary, middle, or high school assignments may vary)

Experience: Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities May Include:
-
Conducting psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning
-
Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and behavior intervention plans
-
Providing individual and group counseling as needed
-
Supporting crisis intervention and student mental health initiatives
-
Assisting in the development and implementation of interventions to support student success
-
Ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification issued by the Michigan Department of Education

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance as required by the school district
