Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fresno, CA. This position involves providing occupational therapy services to support students' developmental, sensory, and motor needs within the school environment, helping them succeed academically and functionally.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate students to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in classrooms and other school settings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress

Document and track student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California

Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
