Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fresno, CA. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy services that support students developmental, sensory, and motor skills, helping them thrive both academically and functionally within the school setting.
Responsibilities:

Assess students to determine their occupational therapy needs and create individualized treatment plans

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classrooms and other school environments

Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to encourage student progress

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress in line with state and federal requirements

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California

Preferred experience in school or pediatric therapy settings

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Flexibility to tailor therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student
