Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team in the San Francisco, CA Metropolitan Area for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, school-based role provides an excellent opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year with support from experienced mentors in a collaborative educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of students speech, language, and communication abilities under supervision.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team.

Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services in individual and group formats.

Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support students academic and communication success.

Document therapy sessions, student progress, and assessments in accordance with school and state guidelines.

Attend IEP and staff meetings and participate in interdisciplinary team discussions.

Receive ongoing mentorship and support from certified SLPs throughout your fellowship.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) and application for California licensure in progress.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills.

A passion for working with children and helping them achieve communication success.

Familiarity with school-based therapy or pediatric populations is a plus.

Experience with IEP documentation systems (e.g., SEIS) is helpful but not required.
