Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF)
Location: Palm Beach, Florida
We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our team in the Palm Beach area. This role involves providing speech and language therapy services to students in educational settings, helping them develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success.
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs

Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations

Provide therapy services in individual and group settings as appropriate
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

Certification from the Florida Department of Education for school-based speech-language services

Clinical Certification (CCC-SLP) is not required; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in school settings preferred but not required
