Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Forest Lake, MN area for the 20252026 school year. This role will serve students in either an elementary or middle school setting. We are also open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are looking for supportive placements to begin their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster communication development
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
-
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must meet all Minnesota state and local district requirements, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Speech Language Pathologist License
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply

Ability to pass background and fingerprint checks
