Position Highlights:

Evaluate students fine motor, sensory processing, and executive functioning skills

Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans

Provide direct services, classroom-based strategies, and consultative support

Document progress and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams

Foster inclusive practices in collaboration with teachers and families
Top Pay:
Requirements:

Masters Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Active Alaska OT license (or eligibility to obtain before start)

Type C Special Services Certificate issued by the Alaska Department of Education & Early Development (required for all school-based OTs, SLPs, PTs, Psychologists, Psychometrists, Counselors, Social Workers, School Nurses, and Audiologists)

Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
