Applicants must meet all state and district requirements, including:

Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Minnesota Department of Health

Active or eligible Professional Educator License (PELSB) for working in a school setting

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs will also be considered
-
Background check and fingerprint clearance required by the state of Minnesota

Compliance with all district-specific onboarding procedures
Typical Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's communication needs

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines
-
Provide direct therapy services and support for generalization across school environments
-
Participate in eligibility meetings, progress reviews, and IEP development sessions
