Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time opportunity with a school district in the Center Barnstead, NH area. This position is for the extended school year (ESY), serving students in an elementary school setting.
We are looking for professionals who are passionate about helping students achieve their developmental and academic goals through comprehensive occupational therapy services. Renewal opportunities for the 2025-2026 school year may be available based on performance.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students needs in fine motor, sensory-motor, and daily living skills

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Valid New Hampshire state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Active NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)

Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Previous school-based experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance per district guidelines
