Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, school-based position working with students across various grade levels in the Houston, TX area. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and thrives in a collaborative educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines.
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
