Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our school-based team in the Houston, TX area for the 20252026 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a supportive educational setting, gain hands-on experience, and receive direct mentorship from experienced SLP-CCCs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders.
Assist in conducting evaluations and assessments under supervision.
Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs.
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families.
Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
Receive structured supervision to fulfill ASHA CF requirements.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Eligibility for Texas licensure as an SLP-Intern.
Commitment to working in a school-based setting.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population.
