Typical Job Duties:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals.

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure student progress.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student support strategies.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid Virginia SLP license issued by the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered

Must meet all state and federal requirements for providing services in public schools
