Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following local and state requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Valid Washington State SLP license issued by the Washington State Department of Health
-
Current or eligible Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate issued by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered
-
Successful background check and fingerprint clearance
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student communication needs
-
Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
-
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
-
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
