Blazer Jobs is now hiring for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Gainesville, GA. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for an SLPA who is eager to help children develop critical communication skills in a school-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to implement therapy

Assist with developing and organizing therapy materials

Collect and maintain accurate student progress data

Participate in IEP meetings when appropriate and permitted
Georgia Requirements for SLPAs:

Registration with the Georgia Board of Examiners

Minimum of 40 hours of documented instruction

Completion of required clinical fieldwork under SLP supervision

Eligibility for school employment through background checks
