We are actively seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Destin, FL for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a competitive hourly rate starting at $43+ depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Requirements:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
-
CCCs preferred; strong CFs may be considered

Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
