We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Elgin, Illinois for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a K12 caseload, offering a starting pay of $48+/hour, depending on experience.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs

Provide direct speech-language services across a diverse student population

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Illinois SLP license
-
ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered

Previous school-based experience is a plus
