Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Utilize bilingual skills to support English language learners

Assist with implementing and tracking IEP goals

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of student progress

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active SLPA license in Illinois

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Strong communication and cultural competence
