Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based position in Mundelein, IL. The OT will work with students in grades K2 and be responsible for supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Position Details:

Caseload: Kindergarten through 2nd grade

Supervisory responsibility for an assigned COTA

Direct therapy, IEP development, and collaboration with staff
Requirements:

Active Illinois OT license

Experience supervising COTAs preferred

Prior school-based experience strongly recommended

Strong communication and documentation skills
