About the Role:
As an SLP on assignment in the Cypress-Fairbanks region of Houston, youll work with a diverse caseload of students, providing direct speech and language therapy services and contributing to IEP development. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced educators and support staff to enhance student communication outcomes.

Full-time: 37.540 hours per week

Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Conduct formal and informal assessments to guide IEP goals

Write and maintain accurate progress reports and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication development

Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications:
-
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs considered

Ability to pass background and drug screening

School experience preferred but not required
