Typical Job Responsibilities:

Administer psychological evaluations to assess learning, behavior, and emotional needs.

Provide input and support in the development of IEPs and 504 Plans.

Offer short-term counseling and crisis response services to students.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and service providers to remove learning barriers.

Help create and maintain a safe, supportive school climate.
Requirements:

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

Valid Louisiana school psychology certification through the LDOE

Experience working in a K12 school setting preferred

Must meet all state and federal guidelines for school psychologists
