Blazer Jobs is partnering with local school districts in Roselle, IL to hire a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in high school settings for the upcoming academic year. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to high school students with IEPs and 504 plans

Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other IEP team members
-
Document services and student progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
Qualifications:
-
Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
-
Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist License through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

Professional Educator License (PEL) with OT endorsement preferred

NBCOT certification required
-
Minimum of one year of relevant school-based or pediatric experience required

Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP processes, and related documentation
