Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 20252026 school year in Chehalis, WA. One SLP will serve an elementary school caseload, while the other will share responsibilities between middle and high school students. Both positions are fully in-person and offer the chance to work closely with students across a range of ages and needs.

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across assigned grade levels
Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals aligned with student needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning

Qualifications

Active Washington State SLP License (required)
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
Experience in school-based settings working with diverse student populations (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
