Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based position in Elgin, Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse student population in a supportive educational environment.
As a bilingual SLP, youll play a vital role in helping students access their education by evaluating and treating speech and language challenges while providing culturally and linguistically responsive services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual speech-language evaluations and screenings

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in English and Spanish

Develop and monitor IEPs tailored to each students unique needs

Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation aligned with district and federal requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Illinois SLP License
-
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous school-based experience is a plus
