Position Details:
Responsibilities Include:

Conducting evaluations and assessments to determine student motor function needs

Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans and goals

Collaborating with educators, families, and other school-based professionals

Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
-
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student support plans

Supporting students mobility and access to school environments and curriculum
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Active Washington State Physical Therapist License
-
Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
-
Current Department of Health (DOH) license
-
ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification through the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or eligibility to obtain one

Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred

Must pass all required background checks and clearances
